Dos Santos is a defensive player that recently finished a two-year stint with Brunei-based team DPMM FC where he scored 11 goals in 50 matches. The 29-year-old was an integral part of the DPMM FC team that won the 2012 Singapore League Cup including a memorable 90-minute goal in the quarter-final of the tournament.
Henrique, a 21-year-old who has recently played with teams in Canada and Sweden, is a product of Cruzeiro's youth system and is expected to play an offensive role as a center-midfielder for Phuket FC.
Club Chairman Pamuke Atchariyachai said the club is also sending several youth football players to train with Cruzeiro in Belo Horizonte, Brazil before the start of the season.
Earlier this year, the two teams announced an agreement that allow the clubs to swap players for training camps and loan spells. The agreement also included the establishment of a youth football academy at British International School Phuket in which a Cruzeiro youth coach will work with student-athletes who have been selected for a football scholarship.
Chairman Pamuke also announced that the team has scheduled pre-season matches with Indonesian club Persipura and a yet-to-be named team from Russia in January.
