Eam Thavornwongvongse, vice president of the Phuket Sports Association, welcomed footballers and coaches to the event. He remarked that their first teambuilding event, which was held earlier this season, had had a very positive effect on footballers as they got to know one another, relaxed and enjoyed their time off from training.
“I believe that this event will build their sense of team and strengthen their friendship, so we will have a strong Phuket FC ready to secure promotion to the Thai Premier League,” he said.
Nene Bi said that everyone in the team, footballers, coaches and administrative staff alike, will benefit from the event, commenting that it is a good thing for Phuket FC footballers to get to wind down and relax before they get back in the stadium for their next battle.
“It is important that we have a good understanding in the team, everybody is like a puzzle that completes the picture, part of the force that drives Phuket FC forward.
“Everybody had fun, there were good laughs, we learned team spirit and to help one another. After this relaxing weekend, we’ll be ready for our next game.”
