The Briton is putting up US$100,000 (B3.1 million) of his own money for anyone who can break his current Guinness World Record of running the table: clearing all the balls within 26.5 seconds.
An entry fee of B500 will give players a crack at the record, which takes place on Wednesday (October 30) at Kamala Beergarden from 6.30pm to 8pm. That same night, several prizes will be raffled off and a 50/50 draw will also take place.
Just two days later (November 1), Pearson will attempt another world record at Central Festival's Tablespoon restaurant, on the ground floor in the open air courtyard, starting at 7pm.
The events are part of Thailand Pool Table's launch of a new Phuket pool league that will run for 20 weeks, starting November 4. The league champions will win an all-expense paid trip to compete in the Las Vegas VNEA 2014 World Championship.
