Division 1

Morning Star v Phuket Condos & Homes: 6 – 3

PC&H went into this game as favourites with only one loss in their five games so far. Title defenders Morning Star, however, were looking to redeem themselves after last week’s disappointing result. PC&H took an early lead, but Morning Star soon pulled back a few goals to put them in the lead before the break. PC&H pushed to balance the scoresheet in the second half, but solid teamwork by Morning Star fended off their efforts. Instead, it was Morning Star who increased the score to end the game with a 6 – 3 win, and an upset for the ambitious PC&H team.

Shakers FC v Banana FC A: 4 – 4

Newly promoted Banana FC were looking to continue their strong form against Shakers, who are still trying to kick start their season with a few wins. The experienced Banana boys were in the lead through most of the game, but Shakers never gave up and delivered a late equaliser to make it a 4 – 4 draw.

Pita Bar Phuketeers v Nanai Boys: 4 – 2

Pita Bar Phuketeers move up to third spot on the table after a solid win against Nanai Boys, who looked strong but were left still chasing their first win.

Joy Dive FC v Holiday Inn FC: 0 – 1

The surprise of the day came in this match between table-toppers Joy Dive and jumbos Holiday Inn. Joy Dive, who have won all five previous games, were looking to cruise to another victory against the Holiday Inn team. But Holiday Inn managed to keep a clean sheet through the entire game after snatching an early goal – and the final result of 1 – 0 to Holiday Inn has put a serious dent in Joy Dives’ title aspirations.

Division 2

Mr Moo v Irish Times: 0 – 4

Irish Times piled the misery on the under-performing Mr Moo team, and they were virtually jumping through hoops when the final whistle sounded.

Bat Fire v Seduction 6 – 7

A very close game between two skilled Thai teams, but it was Seduction who managed to secure a 7 – 6 win to take them top of the table in Division 2.

QSI International School Phuket

Blue D Zine PSU FC v Atmanjai: 5 – 0

After a superb start to their campaign, Atmanjai suffered their second consecutive loss and fell from the top of the table. PSU, meanwhile, climbed two spots on the table with this well-deserved 5 – 0 win, taking them out of the relegation zone.

Big Apple & Pita v Phuket Serenity Villas: 3 – 3

Another close encounter that ended with Big Apple and PSV sharing the points.

Division 3

Fruit Ninjas v Two Chefs: 5 – 3

Fruit Ninjas continue their winning spree with six wins in six games, this time against the Two Chefs. Although this was a close match, it was Fruit Ninjas who showed clinical finishing in front of goal.

Crown Plaza Panwa FC v Rose United: 3 – 8

Rose United move up to second spot in Division 2 with this 8 – 3 win against struggling Crown Plaza.

FC Raya Group Asia v Banana FC B: 0 – 4

Another surprise result, as Banana FC ran away with a big win against FC Raya Group, who lost ground on the division’s top three teams.

Gang Junior v Russia United: 4 – 4

The evening’s most exciting affair, as Gang Junior surprisingly snatched a point from Division 3 favourites Russia United, in a game that ended in a 4 – 4 draw.
